Collective agreements

A collective agreement is a written contract between an employer and a union that outlines many of the terms and conditions of employment for employees in a bargaining unit. The university has a collective agreement with the Ontario Tech Faculty Association for tenured and tenure-track faculty as well as collective agreements with the Public Service Alliance of Canada for Sessional Lecturers and for Teaching/Research Assistants. The following section contains collective agreements negotiated between Ontario Tech and the unions representing employees who belong to a specific bargaining unit.
