September Start Up: Wellness Toolkit
September can be a busy time of year, as we return from relaxing Summer days to the start of a new semester. Changes in our day can feel stressful as we settle into our new routines and your Healthy Workplace Committee wants to support you with the below September Start Up: Wellness Toolkit that is updated annually.
New for September
Move over October: Physical Activity Challenge
Feedback from the Every Day in May Health Challenge indicated a desire for more initiatives that would motivate the university community to focus on embedding healthy habits into their day and do so in a team format. In response, the Healthy Workplace Committee is excited to launch Move over October: Physical Activity Challenge! Together, our goal will be to travel across Canada with prizes for individuals and teams.
How it works:
- Participate as an Individual or within a Team.
- Be active - participate in any form of physical activity from Oct 1-31, 2024.
- Win prizes while having fun and experiencing the health benefits of healthy habits.
- Register by Friday, September 27 and be entered into our Registration Incentive Draw!
