Incident Management Procedure

All accidents, injuries, and incidents (including near misses), must be reported within 24 hours after the incident. Any accident or injury involving any full or part-time faculty and staff, students, visitors, or contractors, while on campus property, should be promptly reported using the Accident Injury Form and according to the Incident Management Procedure.
