My HR Connection is a user friendly and integrated platform that supports hiring requests, job postings, screening of applicants, selection of candidates, hiring, onboarding activities, and the performance development cycle (goal setting, mid-cycle conversations, and performance reviews).

Access My HR Connection to:

  • See internal job postings
  • Participate on hiring committees
  • Onboard employees
  • Set performance goals, update goal status, assess your progress toward your goals, provide feedback, access your reviews
  • View your Salary Increase letter
