The Against Violence in the Workplace Procedure is to establish a dispute resolution framework for the handling of Reports of Workplace Violence; ensuring the University effectively addresses and responds to these Reports with legislative obligations.
Risk Assessments
The purpose of the assessments is to gather information to identify risk factors that have the potential to cause harm, evaluate those risks, and identify existing controls and measures in place to mitigate risks. The Joint Health and Safety Committee will be advised of the results of the Workplace Violence Risk Assessments.
