Attendance is tracked in Banner for all non-academic employees. Time Keepers are assigned to enter and track vacation for each faculty/department.

The university uses Banner as its human resources (HR) information system. For support when using the HR module in Banner, please contact hrsystems@ontariotechu.ca.

To request an employment verification letter, complete the following steps:

1. Complete the Release of Information Form.
2. Email the Release of Information Form to limitedterm@ontariotechu.ca.
3. Include Employment Verification Request in the subject line.

Note: Standard employment verification letters will be prepared within five working days of the request.

The Electronic Personnel Action Form (EPAF) is a paperless method to submit employee changes electronically to Human Resources.
