Leadership Programs
Ontario Tech Leadership Programming was developed in order to meet our employees at various levels throughout their leadership journey. We hope that this programming will enhance our positive work environment and embrace innovative, agile practices that we are known for.
Our programs embrace:
- belonging - the feeling that you are comfortable, as you are with friends, to share your opinions and to feel truly cared about and accepted
- collegiality - the cooperative interaction among colleagues who take collective responsibility for their work together
- results focus - is a concern for surpassing a standard of excellence, improving or surpassing what has already been done (continuous improvement)

This program is for individuals looking to acquire new professional skills, exceed their goals and gain advantage. The cohort will gain shared language, tools, and insights to address common challenges via this shared experience.
