How to report an illness

  1. Illnesses that impact remote or in-person attendance should be reported to an employee's direct supervisor or student's course instructor for further academic direction.
  2. If an illness is related to COVID-19, other respiratory or infectious disaes, employees and students should remain off campus and refer to the COVID-19 Update-Region of Durham and/or Self-assessment (ontario.ca) for further information.
