Durham Disability Employment Conference

Registration is now open for the 2026 Region of Durham Disability Employment Conference.

Under the theme, Ability in Action: Connecting Talent with Opportunity, the conference will be on Friday, October 16, 2026, at Ontario Tech University.

Join employers, job seekers, community organizations, educators, and accessibility champions for a day focused on building inclusive workplaces and connecting talent with opportunity. The conference will feature a keynote presentation, panel discussion, networking opportunities, a resource expo, and a hiring event designed to connect employers with talented candidates with disabilities.

Whether you are a job seeker, employer, service provider, business, student, or community partner, we invite you to be part of this important conversation and event. Vendor/Service Provider and participant pre-registration is required to attend.
