Accident Injury Management

All accidents, injuries, and near misses must be reported within 24 hours after the incident. Any accident or injury involving any full or part-time faculty and staff, students, visitors, or contractors, while on campus property, should be promptly reported using the Accident Injury Form and according to this Accident Injury Management document.
