Recruitment and Compensation Specialist

  • Ensures professional and compliant recruitment processes, policies and practices.
  • Leads the recruitment process which includes: Hiring Request Forms (HRF), review of job postings, support for search committees, salary recommendations, offers of employment, promotions, internal transfers, and temporary replacements.
  • Provides analysis for compensation programs that support the recruitment and retention of high-quality faculty and staff.
  • Manages the annual compensation planning and administration, including financial modeling, budgeting and supporting materials.
  • Develops programs and training to support recruitment and compensation practices.
