Human Resources (HR) Specialist, Compensation and Job Evaluation

  • Provides analysis for compensation programs that support the recruitment and retention of high-quality faculty and staff.
  • Manages the annual compensation planning and administration, including financial modeling, budgeting and supporting materials.
  • Manages the Job Evaluation System and advises the HR Partner team on the interpretation and application of compensation and job evaluation policies, framework and legislation.
